SyBridge combines in-house mold design and tooling expertise with production molding capacity, giving you a single partner from first production run to full-scale output.
Full Range of Injection Molding Services
Why Choose SyBridge for Injection Molding
- Integrated tooling and molding: Direct connection to SyBridge’s mold design and tooling teams means fewer handoffs and faster time to production.
- Scalable press capacity: Small- to large-tonnage presses to match program volume.
- Wide resin selection:A broad range of commodity and engineering-grade plastic resins.
- Quality systems: Documented quality systems and process controls to meet program requirements.

Injection Molding
Molten thermoplastic is injected into a precision steel or aluminum mold under high pressure, then cooled and ejected as a finished part. SyBridge runs programs from low- to medium-volume through high-volume production as demand scales.
Ideal for: Low- to medium-volume production scaling into high-volume runs, with consistent, repeatable quality.
Materials: ABS, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon, Acetal/POM, TPU, PBT, PPS, and glass- or mineral-filled variants

Specialty Molding: Overmolding, Insert & Multi-Shot
Beyond standard molding, SyBridge runs overmolding (a soft-touch elastomer molded onto a rigid substrate), insert molding (metal or plastic inserts molded directly into a part), and two-shot/multi-shot molding (two or more materials or colors molded sequentially in one continuous cycle), all within the same production network.
Ideal for: Multi-material parts requiring grip, sealing, embedded hardware, or consolidated multi-material assemblies.
Available Materials: TPE/TPU over rigid thermoplastics; metal inserts overmolded with engineering resins; compatible multi-resin material pairs selected for bond strength and performance

FAQs
Yes. Our team offers DFM feedback specific to moldability, gate location, and cycle-time optimization.
Tooling and first-run lead times vary by mold complexity and cavitation; production run lead times depend on volume.
We typically work with STEP, IGES, and STL files, and our engineering team can accommodate most common CAD formats.
Yes. We provide mold validation studies, material certifications, and production part approval (PPAP) documentation where required.
