Your Urethane Casting Production Partner
Cast production-grade polyurethane parts using precision silicone tooling.

SyBridge’s urethane casting services bridge the gap between low-volume and full-scale injection molding, delivering production-representative parts in days, not months.
Full Range of Urethane Casting Services
Why Choose SyBridge for Urethane Casting?
- Fast turnaround from master pattern: Silicone tools can typically be built and producing parts within days of receiving a master pattern.
- Wide material range: A wide range of rigid and flexible urethane systems simulating engineering-grade plastics.
- Cost-effective for low- to mid-volume production: No hard tooling investment required, keeping unit costs low for low- to mid-volume runs.
- Seamless bridge to production: A natural bridging step into SyBridge’s injection molding and tooling capabilities as volume scales.

Technology & Process
SyBridge’s urethane casting process covers silicone tooling and vacuum casting, a wide range of rigid and flexible material formulations, and clear or multi-material casting — all built to deliver production-representative parts fast.
Silicone Tooling & Vacuum Casting
A silicone mold is cast around a master pattern (typically 3D-printed or CNC-machined), then used to vacuum-cast urethane resin parts under vacuum to eliminate air entrapment.
Rigid & Flexible Urethane Materials
Precision brake tooling forms cut blanks into finished 3D geometry, with programmable back-gauging for repeatable bend accuracy.
Clear & Multi-Material Casting
Optically clear urethane resins and multi-shot casting techniques allow lenses, light pipes, and multi-material assemblies to be cast in a single mold.
Ideal for: Low- to mid-volume production parts that need to closely represent an injection-molded part.
Available Materials: Rigid and flexible polyurethane resins in a range of durometers; ABS-like and PC-like rigid urethanes; optically clear urethane resins; dual-durometer rigid/flexible combinations
