SyBridge Digital Platform
Switching from the Fast Radius Portal to the SyBridge Digital Platform
Thank you for being a loyal Fast Radius Portal user and a valued SyBridge customer! Fast Radius is now part of SyBridge and we’ve combined both companies’ digital manufacturing capabilities. We’re excited to announce the launch of the SyBridge Digital Platform (SDP): a brand-new experience designed to streamline your design and manufacturing workflows to make better products, with the same quality you’ve always received at better prices. Today, there are two distinct yet connected experiences available on the SDP: SyBridge On-Demand and SyBridge Studio.
What is the SyBridge Digital Platform?
The SyBridge Digital Platform is a collection of digital tools that make it easy for you to transform a digital design into a physical part. Launched in January 2024, it currently houses two applications: SyBridge On-Demand and SyBridge Studio, both of which can be accessed here.
What is SyBridge On-Demand?
Like the Fast Radius Portal, SyBridge On-Demand provides the same easy access to our global manufacturing capabilities, with instant part quotes for 3D printing (DLS, MJF, FDM and SLA), CNC machining, and injection molding, as well as a seamless checkout experience and order tracking.
What is SyBridge Studio?
SyBridge Studio is our new AI-powered design analysis offering expanded insights, enhanced DFM checks, cost optimization guidance and more. Based on user feedback, we chose to separate the quoting and ordering experience (SyBridge On-Demand) from the design-focused SyBridge Studio to offer a more streamlined workflow and better address the needs of users like you.
Do I need to create a new account?
Yes, you will need to create a new account to access the SyBridge Digital Platform, SyBridge On-Demand and SyBridge Studio. You can sign up for your new SyBridge On-Demand account here.
Will my data and part files be migrated to the new platform?
Part files and past quote/order data will not be migrated to the new SyBridge Digital Platform by default. We’re here to support you, and if you need assistance migrating your files from the legacy Fast Radius platform please contact product@sybridge.com.
I’m not seeing some features in the SyBridge Digital Platform that the Fast Radius Portal had. Will these features be added?
We are continuously investing in and adding new features to the platform. If you would like to see a particular feature added, we’d love to hear it. Please email product@sybridge.com.
What happens to the orders I already placed through the Fast Radius Portal?
Don’t worry, all orders you’ve already placed will still be processed and shipped as normal.
Will Sybridge On-Demand provide the same level of service and quality of parts?
Yes. The only changes you should expect are related to the features and UI/UX of the software platform itself. All parts that you order will still be manufactured to the same quality and specifications you’ve come to expect and trust. As part of our integration into SyBridge, we’re also able to delivery this quality with improved lead times and lower prices.
Can I still use the Fast Radius platform?
The Fast Radius Portal will be available until its planned decommissioning at the end of 2024. You will receive several email communications in the months leading up to the sunsetting so that you can plan accordingly. After the Fast Radius Portal is sunset, new orders must be submitted through SyBridge On-Demand or by contacting our sales team. Additionally, to continue to access the design insights tools you’ve come to value within the Fast Radius Portal, you will need to use SyBridge Studio.
