Urethane casting allows you to manufacture prototypes with textured surfaces and add-on features that limit the need for post-production detailing, allowing you to get your parts faster and at a lower cost.
Our urethane casting capabilities offer tight tolerances (0.005 in. for the first inch, 0.003 in. per lineal inch after) and accommodate minimum feature sizes of 0.02 inches with a wall thickness of 0.04 inches.
We also offer a wide range of finishes including smooth, satin, and gloss, as well as custom finishes.
